Booking Policy

Tisztelt Vendégünk! Tájékoztatunk, hogy az árak tájékoztató jellegűek. Foglalásod csak abban az esetben érvényes, ha azt visszaigazoltuk valamilyen formában (pl. e-mail, telefon) Amennyiben mégsem felel meg és szeretnéd lemondani a lefoglalt időpontot, e-mailben vagy telefonon jelezheted felénk! Ha a fenntartott időpontban valamilyen okból nem tudsz megjelenni a helyszínen, kérjük időben jelezd felénk! Tekintettel arra, hogy az átszervezés időbe telik, a lemondás / időpont módosítás díjmentesen a lefoglalt időpont előtt 24 órával lehetséges telefonon és emailben figyelembe véve a nyitva tartást. 24 órán belüli lemondás esetén a befoglalt kezelés teljes összegét felszámítjuk. Adataidat bizalmasan kezeljük, harmadik félnek nem adjuk tovább!

• Providing information about the availability of services and bookable time slots.
• Recording the selected service and time slot in the booking system and identifying and maintaining the booking.
• Providing information related to the chosen service and time slot.
• Recording history for future service use and facilitating administration based on previous services.

My consent applies exclusively to data processing related to the use of the online appointment booking system. I have read and accept the Data Controller's Privacy Policy. I agree that the data related to my bookings may be retained in the booking system for a maximum of three years from the date of my last booking.

I understand that I have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of my personal data, or to object to its processing. This consent can be withdrawn at any time; however, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out based on prior consent. In case of violation of my rights, I can file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

I accept that providing data is a prerequisite for using the service.

I acknowledge that the Data Controller uses the Onlinefoglalás.hu service, owned by Busbach Péter Bence (address: H-7130 Tolna, Határ u. 2., tax number: 49372571-1-37), as a data processor.
